Results do not always need numbers
Use reliable numbers to show scale or change. Without metrics, describe what you delivered, what the team adopted, or which problem you solved.
Every edit needs a factual basis
Do not invent experience or numbers, or turn participation into leadership. Separate team results from individual contributions, and never infer an outcome from a vague description alone.
